Welcome to my little corner of the internet, where adventures come in all shapes and sizes – sometimes solo travel, sometimes with friends, always with a sprinkle of overthinking. I share UK hikes, scenic walks and part‑time van life tips, all from the perspective of someone whose anxiety often writes the itinerary.
If you’ve ever wanted to explore but felt held back by anxiety, you’re not alone. I’m here to show you that you can still enjoy travel, hiking, camping and road trips, even as an anxious girlie.
I live on the beautiful south coast of England although my heart often wanders to the Lake District or as far north as Scotland. I am a cat lover through and through and my dream one day is to buy a cosy cottage with a big big garden. I want to grow my own vegetables, adopt a dog and welcome rescue animals into a slow and gentle life.
If you have ever wanted to explore the UK but felt held back by anxiety, you are not alone. I am here to show you that you can still enjoy travel, hiking, camping and road trips even as an anxious girlie.
On top of being anxious I am also a massive introvert. I weirdly love spending time on my own. Yes, I do get lonely sometimes, but I also adore the quiet solitude of being in my own presence.
Navigating single life in my early 30s and figuring out what it means to create a life you love, one carefully planned adventure at a time. From peaceful countryside walks to cosy van weekends, I hope you’ll join me in discovering the beauty of UK destinations at your own pace. 🚐🌿
